Director of Customer Service & Product Delivery

Terry is responsible for managing our customer service department and directing product implementation activities.  Her extensive subject matter expertise of our customer care and billing services make Terry a valued asset for our customers. 

She encourages her team to work in partnership with client representatives to identify solutions that preserve data integrity while achieving the greatest possible benefit from our services.  Terry is dedicated to making sure our customer service team understands the importance of timely response to customer requests. 

With 30 years of telecommunications industry experience, Terry is skilled at converting business needs into software requirements.  She is proficient in navigating the complexities of telecommunications operations, which helps her identify areas where companies can streamline processes as they implement our solutions.

Terry joined the UDP team in 1987.
